The next Annual Redford Ranch HOA Meeting was held on Thursday, February 13, 2025 Via google meeting at 7PM
Highlight:
HOA Dues is $800/year for 2025
Annual homeowner dues payment must be received by March 1st of each year.
$50 later fee will be added if the dues are not received by March 15,2025.
HOA dues can also be paid via check payment.
Option to pay HOA dues via Zelle if your bank offers that service.

If anyone would like to volunteer for the landscape Committee or architecture control committee . please contact theboard@redfordranchhoa.com
Our community is over 25 years old, and many homes might need some repair/replace work. Please check CC&R and Community rules and Architectural Controls packet before starting major projects such as painting the house, replacing roof, and replacing fences as many projects require approval.
