There are important budget topics that will be discussed and the Secretary of RRHOA board is up for election at this Annual Meeting . Please review the agenda and attend the meeting if possible.

Agenda items include:

• Overview of the approved budget, approved RRHOA 2026 Budget is attached.

• Annual dues for 2026 is $850 per lot and are due on March 1, 2026. a $50 later fee will be added if the dues are not received by March 15,2026.

• This year, we continue to offer the Option to pay HOA dues via Zelle if your bank offers that service, Please follow the instructions below when paying using Zelle (or whatever option your bank offers for direct transfer). Failure to follow the instructions might result in your payment does not correct applied to your account

  • Please understand the Zelle service agreement and risk associated with using Zelle to pay HOA dues, HOA is not associated with Zelle, this is just an option provided by our bank to accept payment.

  • Please add the RRHOA account to your Zelle using our email: theboard@redfordranchhoa.com and the name: Redford Ranch Homeowners Association.

  • Zelle will immediately withdraw the funds directly from your bank account.

  • Please double check to make sure the recipient is correct when sending money, HOA is not responsible and CANNOT do anything if the HOA dues are sent to the wrong recipient.

  • HOA has no way to refund the money once we receive it except by refunding by check which we will if the amount deposited exceeds the amount of your dues.  The treasurer will notify you of the difference.

  • MUST SPECIFY HOMEOWNER’S NAME, HOME ADDRESS IN MEMO, NOTES or COMMENTS when using Zelle to pay HOA dues.

  • Lot number is optional, if you know your lot number, please add Lot number to memo, notes, or comments.

  • Hoa dues cannot be correctly applied to your account if Zelle transition doesn’t include information about the homeowner's name and address.

• HOA dues can also be paid via check payment.

• The Treasurer of RRHOA Board is up for election. Anyone interested should contact theboard@redfordranchhoa.com.  Please connect theboard as soon as possible if you are interested in running for HOA President. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our lovely neighborhood.

 
If you know you will not be attending the annual meeting, please fill out the proxy form at the link below. You do not need to give the HOA authority to vote on your behalf, the proxy form allows us to meet the quorum of 1/3 and start the meeting on time more easily.
